I am writing you this letter to let you all know that, approximately 10 months ago I was indefinitely suspended from the City of Waxahachie, Police Department. On or about November 16, 2007, I contacted TMPA to inquire if TMPA represented personal injury claims while on duty. TMPA responded, stating yes to my inquiry.
